Alright, here it goes. My first recipe post. I didn't completely create this one myself but it is very easy and very tastey! I found this idea from Pinterest and altered it a little bit! It only took about 20 mins to prepare and bake! Here is what you need!
Pizza Biscuit Rolls
(Preheat oven to 350 degrees)
9'x12" glass baking pan
Cooking spray
2 cans medium sized buttermilk biscuits (each 10 count)
1 1/2 cups Shredded mexican cheese
1 bag pepperoni slices
1 egg
Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
1. Spray glass pan with nonstick cooking spray to avoid dough sticking to the pan
2. One at a time, spread biscuits with your finger and place 2 pepperoni slices, 1-2Tbsp shredded cheese, and top with 2 more pepperoni slices
3. Fold edges together and place in prepared cooking pan
4. Place remaining prepared biscuits are staggered leaving 1/2-1 inch in between to allow expansion while cooking.
5. Continue until 20 filled biscuits fill the pan
6. Beat egg and brush over biscuits
7. Sprinkle with garlic powder, italian seasoning, and parmesan
6. Bake at 350 for 15 mins or untill golden brown and not doughy
Serve warm with pizza sauce, or ranch dipping sauce. Enjoy! :)

It has been a busy the last couple of days, So I have a couple of things to post about. First , I made this awesome teaching apron this weekend! I can't wait to use it!
Second, I made a new sew scarf out of some old T-shirts! Here is how I made it!
What you'll need:
1. Several old T-shirts
2. Scissors
(and possibly some band-aids if you cut your finger instead of the fabric like I did)
The first step is to cut the sleeves off of your shirt(s). I cut about 5-6 1/2 inch strips out of each sleeve. Next, stretch the strips around your hands. (Save the seem strips for later) Next, wrap the strips around your hand 3-4 times until your connected strips look like the picture below. You will continue these steps until you have about 25-30 circles that look like this:

Well, my cooking fever has returned. I haven't cooked anything for a while, well anything new. However, last night I decided that I needed something sweet! And luckily, we have an abundant amount of pears in our freezer. So I thought... what could I make? I wasn't in the mood to find anything on Pinterest so I created something of my very own! This morning I woke up and felt like cooking something new and tasty, so I experimented a little bit! First, I made a few Bacon Egg Cheese Biscuits, but when I baked them in muffin tins, the eggs decided to overflow so, I thought of something a little easier.
This is what I made first: Bacon Egg Cheese Biscuits
Small biscuits
Shredded cheese
Eggs
Bacon
Here is what you need to do:
1. Place bacon around the outter edge of muffin tins
2. Place 1 small biscuit in the middle of the bacon
3. Sprinkle cheese on top of biscuit
4. Pour 1/2 of 1 scrammbled egg on top of cheese
5. Top with cheese again
Bake at 400 for 15 mins or until golden.
